SADNESS

Sadness is an emotional pain associated with or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, disappointment, and sorrow.

Sadness can be caused by many different things and can take many different forms. Most people who experience sadness have trouble taking care of themselves and staying healthy during their sadness. It is best to make sure you take the time to take care of yourself. It is okay to feel sad for awhile and let yourself feel that way, just don't let it overwhelm and consume you. Take a shower, clean your room, eat a meal on time, just do small things to keep yourself from being consumed by your sadness.
