Anxiety is always very hard to overcome. There are several forms of anxiety and it can keep you from doing things that you need to do, or even want to do. The best way to deal with anxiety is to stop and take a moment to do some deep breathing. Identify the cause and ask yourself if it is really something you need to be so worried about. Ask yourself what is the worst that could happen? If it is anxiety surrounding other people just communicate with them and they can help resolve things too. It is okay to be anxious and nervous about things but it is not okay to let it control your life and keep you from living the way you want.
